It is a little difficult to capture what exactly this “Buck-Tick-style” is

The musicality of “Buck-Tick” changes drastically from album to album.

However, there is always a kind of “Buck-Tick-style” running through the foundation of the music.

Therefore, even if the music has changed from the previous album, the fans will never leave the band.

It is a little difficult to capture what exactly this “Buck-Tick-style” is.

Perhaps it is a collection of addictive and eccentric arrangements, or a beautiful melody that stands out among them, or something like that.

When I first fell in love with “Buck-Tick”, the album “Cosmos” was their latest release.

I went back through the history of Buck-Tick, was surprised at the changes in their musicality, and still fell in love with them.

After “Cosmos” came “Sexy Stream Liner,” which I was also quite into.

I really liked the innovative arrangements, which seemed to go to the limits of the avant-garde.

I thought that as long as “Buck-Tick-style” was at the root of their music, I would like them no matter how much their musicality changed.

If this is because they have lost their “Buck-Tick-style” or if my sensibilities have become duller

However, the follow-up, “One Life, One Death,” while I didn’t dislike it, no longer appealed to me as much as before.

Furthermore, for the next album, I bought the preceding single and stopped buying the album.

I had lost my enthusiasm.

I don’t know if this is because they have lost their “Buck-Tick-style” or if my sensibilities have become duller.

Either way, it is a pity that I can no longer experience the thrill of the past.

(Postscript)

I still haven’t bought the new “Buck-Tick” album.

But every time they release a new album, I see the news.

They are not blurred, apparently.

It’s me who is.

In short, my declining sensibilities can no longer keep up with the music of “Buck-Tick.

However, while changing their musicality, the members remain steadfast, and it is a rare band that continues to be active on an ongoing basis.

By the way, the album “Taboo” is my favorite.

The other day, thanks to NHK’s “Switch Interview” program, in which Hiroshi of “I’m Hiroshi,” nominated Sakurai Atsushi as his interview partner, I was able to see his everyday life, which is seldom seen.

He is still as beautiful as ever.

He also gave us the valuable information that he likes small natto.

NHK makes good programs, after all.

Except for the news.
